When thinking of any essential oil we often first think of lavender because it is one of the most used essential oils. There are so many uses and benefits of lavender oil* that if I could only have one bottle of essential oils, I would choose lavender. Here are 7 top uses and benefits of Lavender oil.

Lavender can be used to support the body’s ability to get a good night sleep and decrease insomnia. Lavender essential oil can support the body’s ability to fall asleep faster and can enhance the quality of sleep during the night.
Try this to get this benefit – To get a good nights sleep, try diffusing 5 drops of lavender essential oil in a diffuser or apply 2-3 drops to the back of the neck, chest, temples, or the bottom of the feet. Drops of lavender can be placed in a warm bath prior to bedtime or it can be placed in a spray bottle with water to make a linen spray and sprayed onto pillows and linen. Some children and adults may enjoy spraying the linen spray mist of lavender essential oil as a way to fight off nightmares.
Supports Skin Healing from Cuts and Burns
